These General Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply when you as a customer ("You") place an order via www.poshter.se, and the associated pages, ("The Website"). An agreement is entered into between you and Poshter AB, Radiatorvägen 11, 702 27 Örebro, Sweden, organization number 559208-2829 ("Poshter"). Other information about Poshter and contact details can be found on the Website. The terms apply to you who are a consumer and who orders via the Website.
Poshter does not, according to Swedish law, accept credit purchases for persons under the age of 18. To be able to order on the Website you must be 18 years of age. Poshter reserves the right to deny or change your order in individual cases (for example, if You provided incorrect personal information and / or have payment remarks).
Poshter reserves the right to final sale as well as any image and writing errors on the Website, such as errors in technical specification, product description or incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changed prices from suppliers or currency changes) or incorrect information regarding an item being in stock. Poshter has the right to correct such errors and to change or update the information at any time. If the incorrect price has been stated for an item you ordered, Poshter will of course notify you and await your approval of the corrected price before Poshter proceeds to process the order. All image information on the Website must be viewed as illustrations only. Such illustrations cannot guarantee the exact appearance of the product. Poshter is not responsible for information on the Website that comes from a third party.
The Website and all content on the Website is owned by Poshter or its licensors. The information is protected by, among other things, intellectual property laws and market law. Product names, trademarks, images, company names and graphics, design, layout and information about services, goods and other content may not be copied or used without the written approval of Poshter.
2. Order and Agreement
A purchase agreement is only entered into when Poshter has confirmed your order and You have received order confirmation from Poshter by email. Poshter recommends that you save the order confirmation for any contacts with our customer service. Until your order is confirmed by Poshter, you can cancel your order. In the event that the order is revoked, Poshter will refund any payments made by You or your payment or credit card companies for the order.

When ordering through the Website, the prices stated on the Website apply. Price information is stated in SEK and includes VAT. Prices include freight charges but not any payment fees, these are stated separately.
On the Website the ways in which you have the right to pay. Unless invoice payment or other similar payment method has been chosen by you and has been approved by Poshter, Poshter has the right to charge already in connection with the order. If invoice payment or part payment is selected, Poshter or its partners may make a credit report. You will be informed in this case. Poshter assumes the right not to always offer all payment methods, or to change payment methods if what you have chosen for any reason does not work at the time when you make the purchase. The Website lists any restrictions on payment options.
5. Offers and Promotions
Poshter may at any time offer promotions on the Website which may have more favorable terms than stated in these Terms, such as applicable payment or extended right of withdrawal. These preferential terms apply while the promotion is active and only for the specific products and goods specified in connection with the promotion of Poshter. Poshter reserves the right to revoke such promotions at any time. Upon termination or revocation of a promotion, these Terms apply without modification. All offers on specific products on the Website are time-limited and apply as long as the inventory is sufficient.
6. Transport and delivery
Normally goods that are in stock are delivered within the number of working days specified on the Website. Unless otherwise specifically agreed, the delivery will be made within 30 working days, from the time Poshter confirmed the order in writing through the order confirmation. The expected delivery time of the goods is stated in the order confirmation, at the checkout and / or on the relevant goods page on the Website. If a delivery takes more than 30 working days and nothing else is specifically agreed, and that the late delivery does not depend on you as a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase.
For packages to be picked up at a representative, you must do so within the time specified in the notice. Normally, packages must be collected personally with valid identification and order number. You will always receive a notification showing where and when the package is to be downloaded. Notification can be made via e-mail, regular mail and if You have provided a mobile number, also via telephone call or SMS. In case you do not pick up the package, Poshter is entitled to charge you a fee of SEK 180.
7. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the Website, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. You are thus entitled to cancel your purchase provided you notify Poshter within 14 days of receipt of the goods ordered (the cancellation deadline).
If the right of withdrawal does not apply to any item on the Website, you will receive clear information on this. If a product has been sealed, you may not break the seal if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. This applies, for example, to frames wrapped in plastic. Thus, the right to repent ends when You break the seal. For example, in the case of the frame, removing the protective plastic around the frame will void the right of withdrawal.
If you want to undo the purchase, you must send a clear and clear message to Poshter, before the cancellation deadline, that you want to make a return and on what goods. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and enter your name, address and other relevant information, eg order number, invoice number and name of the item in the message. You can also use the standard form for the exercise of the right of withdrawal that the Swedish Consumer Agency has developed (see www.konsumentverket.se).
In the event that you exercise the right of withdrawal, you pay the return freight and you are also responsible for the condition of the goods after you have received the goods and during the return freight. From the date Poshter received your message that you wish to return, you have 30 days to send the item to us. The item should be shipped well packaged, in fine condition and in original carton.
Upon return, Poshter will refund the amount you paid for the item, including shipping costs. Exceptions apply, however, if there are any additional delivery costs in case you have chosen a different delivery method than the standard delivery that Poshter offers. If you return part of the order, the delivery cost will not be refunded. If you have handled the goods to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its function or properties and thus caused some form of damage, Poshter is entitled to deduct a sum from the amount refunded, corresponding to the depreciation of the returned goods.
Poshter will repay the amount as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days from the date Poshter received your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal. However, Poshter has the right to wait to make the refund until Poshter receives the item or until You have shown that the item has been returned, for example through a receipt. Provided that nothing else has been agreed or there is any obstacle to repayment through the originally selected payment option, you will receive the money back through the payment option you chose when you made the purchase.
8. Complaints and Warranty
You have 3 years warranty on goods purchased on the Website. The right of complaint covers goods that are incorrect in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. If you have received a damaged item, you should contact Poshter as soon as possible after the fault is discovered by emailing pictures of both the damaged item (s) and the damaged package to email@example.com
Poshter is responsible for the return shipping for approved complaints.
Once the advertisement has been returned and the complaint has been approved, Poshter will compensate you in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Poshter strives for this to be completed within 14 days of Poshter taking part in the complaint, however it may take longer depending on the type of item it is. Poshter reserves the right to refuse a complaint in the event that it is found that the product is not incorrect in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. 10. Force Major
Poshter is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond Poshter control such as extreme weather conditions, war, fire, general labor conflict, lightning strike, terrorist attack, changed government regulations, technical problems, electricity / telecommunications / data connections or other communications, and errors or delays in subcontractor services caused due to circumstances stated here. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption from sanctions and damages. In the event of any such situation, Poshter will inform you both at the beginning and at the end of the time of the current situation. If the circumstance has lasted for more than two months, both You and Poshter have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
11. Changes to the Terms
Poshter reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes to these Terms will be published on the Website. Any changes apply from the time you have accepted the Terms (in connection with a new purchase or when you visit the Website), or 30 days after Poshter has informed you of the changes. However, Poshter recommends that you keep up to date on our Website regularly to see any changes immediately.
In the event that a competent court, authority or arbitration panel judges that any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, that provision and all other provisions shall apply and be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law. The provisions that have been annulled or which cannot be enforced will be replaced by relevant legal advice and guidance.
13. Dispute and applicable law
Resolution of disputes should primarily be resolved in consensus after discussion with Poshter customer service.
If a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with Poshter customer service, you as a customer have the right to contact the ARN (General Complaints Board). You can find more information at www.arn.se. Complaints can also be made directly online via the European Commission's dispute settlement platform, which can be found via the following link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If you submit a complaint through this platform, this matter will automatically be forwarded to the correct nationally responsible dispute resolution body. The Dispute Resolution Body will then contact us to try to resolve the dispute without interfering with the court. Poshter follows, in the event of a dispute, a decision by the ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.
Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and shall be settled primarily in accordance with paragraph 13.2 above or, ultimately, by a general court.
